- Administering medication as prescribed, ensuring adherence to medication schedules through medication administration.
- Offering general patient care, including assistance with personal hygiene, mobility, and daily living tasks.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to enhance the overall well-being of clients.
- Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in client condition to relevant professionals.
