Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Kitchen Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a keen eye for detail. As a Kitchen Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen spaces for our clients.
Duties
- Designing bespoke kitchen layouts using software such as Sketchup, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhinoceros 3D
- Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and preferences
- Creating detailed technical drawings and plans for kitchen installations
- Selecting appropriate materials, finishes, and fixtures for each project
- Managing projects from concept through to completion, ensuring deadlines are met
- Utilising CAD software to produce accurate designs
- Incorporating sustainable design practices into kitchen projects
- Presenting design concepts to clients and making revisions based on feedback
Qualifications
- Proficiency in design software including Sketchup, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and suppliers effectively
- A keen eye for detail and a creative flair for innovative design solutions
- Previous experience in kitchen design or interior design is desirable
- A degree or certification in interior design or a related field is advantageous
