Warehouse Operative – Full Time – 6-Month Contract
Location: Nova Chrome UK, Mona Industrial Estate, Gwalchmai
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00
37.5 hours per week | 30-minute lunch break
Hourly Rate £13.00
About the Role
Nova Chrome UK is an established and busy supplier to the printing and personalisation industry. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and organised Warehouse Operative to join our team on an initial six-month contract.
This is a hands-on role within a busy warehouse where accuracy, organisation and teamwork are important. You'll be involved in the day-to-day handling of customer orders, incoming deliveries and stock, helping us ensure orders leave our warehouse accurately and on time.
The role would suit someone who enjoys being active throughout the working day, takes pride in doing a job properly and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Picking customer orders accurately from warehouse stock
- Packing and preparing orders ready for dispatch
- Checking products and quantities to ensure orders are correct
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
- Receiving incoming deliveries and checking goods
- Accurately recording incoming deliveries and stock movements
- Assisting with stock control and stock counts
- Replenishing and organising warehouse stock
- Keeping warehouse areas clean, tidy and organised
- Working safely and following company warehouse procedures
- Supporting other members of the warehouse team when required

Previous warehouse, picking and packing, or stock-handling experience would be an advantage, but is not essential.
A forklift licence would also be an advantage but is not essential.
