We are building a pipeline of talented Catering Account Managers to support our integrated facilities management operations across a diverse regional portfolio.
This is an opportunity for a senior facilities professional who can lead geographically dispersed teams, deliver exceptional client outcomes and drive operational excellence across multiple locations..
.The Opportunity
As a Catering Account Manager, you will be responsible for the safe, compliant and effective delivery of integrated facilities management services across a regional portfolio.
Based primarily in Manchester, you will provide strategic operational leadership across multiple locations, ensuring services consistently meet contractual commitments, performance standards and the evolving needs of the client.
You will lead a team of facilities managers, coordinators and service leads, creating clear accountability while ensuring all locations operate as one connected and high-performing regional operation.
This role requires a strong balance of visible leadership, commercial awareness, stakeholder management and the ability to lead teams across different locations through effective communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities':
You’ll play a key role in keeping client sites safe, compliant, and operating at their best by:

Lead multi-site operational teams and management teams across a regional or national portfolio.
-
Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a key operational partner.
-
Drive exceptional standards across food quality, hospitality, customer experience and workplace services.
-
Coach and develop site and management teams to deliver operational excellence.
-
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, customer feedback and service performance, driving continuous improvement.
-
Work closely with Culinary, Hospitality, Coffee, Marketing, Facilities and Support teams to create engaging workplace experiences.
-
Support new service launches, mobilisations, workplace initiatives, events and seasonal activations.
-
Identify opportunities to increase customer engagement, participation and commercial performance.
-
Manage budgets, labour costs, food costs, forecasting and overall financial performance.
-
Ensure operations remain commercially strong while maintaining premium service standards.

Lead Health & Safety, Food Safety, environmental compliance, audits and risk management.

Act as the escalation point for operational challenges across the portfolio.

Share best practice and innovative ideas between locations.

Develop high-performing teams through coaching, succession planning, engagement and talent development.
What we're looking for:
We are interested in hearing from Facilities Management professionals who have:

Proven multi-site operational management experience.
-
A background in contract catering, hospitality, workplace services or facilities management.

Experience leading managers and geographically dispersed teams.
-
Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
-
Commercial and financial acumen, including budget and forecasting responsibility.
-
Experience delivering against KPIs, SLAs and contractual commitments.
-
A passion for food, hospitality and exceptional customer experiences.
-
Experience driving operational change, mobilisation and continuous improvement.
-
Strong people leadership, coaching and development capability.
-
Excellent communication, organisation and decision-making skills.
-
The flexibility to travel across the portfolio as required.

A full UK driving licence where required.
Desirable Experience
It would be advantageous if you have:
-
Experience in corporate contract catering or workplace hospitality.
-
Experience managing multi-site or national catering operations.
-
Strong understanding of food quality, culinary standards and customer experience.
-
Experience working with Culinary, Hospitality, Coffee, Marketing and Workplace Services teams.

Experience managing food costs, labour costs, budgets and profitability.
-
Experience driving customer participation, revenue growth and commercial performance.
-
Experience delivering mobilisations, new service launches, events and workplace activations.
-
Experience working with premium corporate clients and senior stakeholders.
-
Food Safety, HACCP, IOSH, NEBOSH or equivalent qualifications.
-
Experience with continuous improvement, innovation and transformation.
-
Membership of a relevant professional body such as IWFM, Institute of Hospitality or equivalent.

Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationally.
