Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
- Maintain cleanliness of public spaces such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other designated areas to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution.
- Restock amenities like toiletries, towels, linens, and other supplies as needed to enhance guest comfort.
- Follow established safety and sanitation protocols consistently to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently.
- Provide friendly and professional service by addressing guest requests or inquiries promptly and courteously.
Experience
- Previous hotel experience or hospitality background is preferred but not essential.
- Familiarity with janitorial practices and cleaning procedures ensures efficient task completion.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the hospitality industry.
