Job Summary

Duties
- Host lively and engaging live stream auctions on TikTok Shop, demonstrating products with enthusiasm and expertise
- Interact actively with viewers by answering questions, responding to comments, and encouraging participation to foster a fun shopping environment
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan themed live sessions, promotions, and special events that attract viewers and increase sales
- Manage real-time product showcasing, highlighting features and benefits clearly to inspire purchase decisions
- Maintain a professional on-camera presence that aligns with brand voice and audience expectations
- Promote positive interactions by applying strong public relations skills, ensuring viewers feel valued and connected
Experience
- Prior experience in social media management or live streaming is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Strong public relations skills to build rapport with viewers and handle interactions professionally
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to present products confidently and clearly
- Familiarity with TikTok platform features, trends, and best practices for live content creation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for social media trends, digital marketing, or e-commerce is a plus
