About the Role:
We are looking for a creative, motivated Marketing & Creative Designer to support our growing marketing department. This role is hands-on across design, digital content, social media, and brand communication, and would suit someone who enjoys a varied workload and is keen to develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Create on-brand designs for digital and print marketing (social posts, brochures, adverts, email banners, packaging, etc.).
- Support social media content creation, scheduling, and community engagement across multiple platforms.
- Assist with product photography, short videos, and visual asset creation.
- Produce and update website content using CMS tools (WordPress, Odoo).
- Design and build email campaigns (e.g., Mailchimp).
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative output.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver campaigns, product launches, and day-to-day content needs.

Social Media & Content
- Social media content creation (essential)
- Managing and scheduling posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Basic analytics and content planning
- Photography skills (advantage)
Email & Digital Marketing
- Experience with Mailchimp (campaign design and management)
- Basic HTML knowledge for email and web content
Web & CMS Platforms
- Experience with WordPress for website content updates
- Knowledge of Odoo CMS (advantage, but not essential)
- Experience with Canva
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, etc.)
- Strong understanding of print and digital design formats
Desirable (Nice to Have)
- A creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Someone who enjoys learning and adapting to new tools
- A team player who communicates well and can take feedback
- A portfolio showcasing design work (any medium)
PSA if a part time position is taken, then the salary of £28,000 is pro rata.
