Manor Barn Nursing Home are looking for Night Health Care Assistants to join their team!
The role is both varied and rewarding, where you’ll provide outstanding care to our residents by supporting them with their daily living activities. You’ll provide keyworker support to named residents and ensure their wellbeing by supporting with meaningful conversations and interests whilst promoting their dignity and independence. Person centred care planning will also ensure residents needs are recorded and communicated.

Whether you’re new to care or already have some experience, you’ll be well supported in this role with access to first-class induction training and on-going personal development to ensure our care practices are always up to date.
This role does involve some weekend and bank holidays working. Please note we are not able to provide sponsorship at this time.
Pay: From £12.96 per hour
