Overview:
We are a leader in workflow software solutions, and are seeking a dedicated and driven Inside Sales Development Representative to join our team in a part-time capacity.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives on building customer relationships, has an interest in technology and software, and possesses a foundational understanding of CRM systems.

Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Nurturing: Identify and qualify potential leads, managing them through the sales pipeline via our CRM platform.
- Industry Research: Conduct prospect mining using industry databases to discover new business opportunities .
- CRM Management: Maintain and update a prospect database, ensuring effective follow-up and relationship management.
- Outbound Engagement: Conduct business-to-business outreach, converting cold calls into qualified appointments.
- Database Maintenance: Regularly clean up and maintain the existing customer database.
- Appointment Setting: Generate qualified appointments for Regional Sales Mangers by engaging new prospects i and handling objections.
- Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets to drive business growth and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Professional Communication: Exhibit clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, in both English and Spanish, with an emphasis on exceptional customer engagement.
Qualifications:
Customer-Centric: Enjoys phone and email-based customer interaction and is skilled at
engaging prospects.
Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and an
interest in tech-driven solutions.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the printing, or MIS software sectors is a plus.
Detail-Oriented: Highly organized with fast, accurate data entry skills.
Independent and Self-Motivated: Capable of prioritizing tasks and working with
minimal supervision.
