About the Role:
We are currently looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Composite Technician to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong background in composite materials and a passion for precision repair work.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair and overhaul of composite interior aircraft components (e.g., panels, bins, seats, lavatories).
- Conduct bonding, filling, sanding, trimming, and finishing using composite repair techniques (fiberglass, carbon fibre, honeycomb structures).
- Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and repair schemes.
- Use hand tools and specialized equipment for shaping, curing, and surface finishing.
- Carry out repairs IAW approved technical documentation, ensuring repairs meet CAA/EASA regulations and comply company quality standards.
- Document all repairs and inspections per regulatory and company procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in composite repair, preferably in an aerospace/MRO environment.
- Familiarity with interior aircraft components and materials.
- Ability to follow technical drawings, engineering orders, and repair manuals.
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship standards.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices in a workshop environment.
- CAA Part 145/EASA repair station experience is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
