Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bakery Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the daily operations of our bakery on a Saturday between 7.30 and 15.30. Additional shifts to cover holidays or as the business grows may be available.
Responsibilities would include setting up the shop ready for trading, organising orders, making local deliveries on foot, serving customers throughout the day and completing the weekly cleaning schedules.
This is a physical role in a fast paced environment, eventually leading to sole working once training is complete. Being able to problem solve and work using initiative is essential.
Both 'FSA Food Allergen' training and 'Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety' training are required and provided if necessary.
