Our beautiful Avila Care Home in Bessbrook, Northern Ireland is now recruiting for an experienced, fulltime Senior Care Assistant, pay £13.32 per hour.

As a Senior Care Assistant, with several years of experience in care, you are required to provide the excellent standard of care expected to all residents.
Responsible for all aspects of personal care, our senior care assistants are able to support, encourage and enable independence to our residents at Avila Nursing Home.
Duties include, personal care to residents, bathing, toileting, dressing. Helping at mealtimes and throughout the day. Ensuring that a resident's bedroom is tidy and that there is a welcoming atmosphere throughout the home.
In addition, the Senior Care Assistant will oversee the induction of new Care Assistants, guide and support new members of staff, is responsible of ordering provisions & toiletries and offers a step up in assistance to the Nurses on duty. Senior Care Assistants provide a greater level of responsibility and may help in the auditing process and complete tasks set by the Nurse in Charge.
