We are seeking motivated and professional Private Hire Drivers to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services to our clients.
Your primary focus will be on delivering excellent customer service while ensuring adherence to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Responsibilities
- Safely operate private hire vehicles to transport clients to their destinations efficiently and comfortably.
- Well-maintained and clean, performing routine checks and basic maintenance as needed.
- Communicate clearly with passengers to ensure a positive experience, including providing route information and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures at all times during driving shifts.
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage when necessary
- Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance needs
- Report any incidents, accidents, or vehicle issues promptly to the appropriate management team
Requirements
- Well maintained vehicle, must be 5 years old or newer
- Manchester, Trafford, or Wolverhampton licence
- Proven experience as a commercial driver with a strong focus on safety and customer service, having 4.98 or higher rating.
