Duties
- Perform manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements with precision and care.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area, including tools and equipment.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail art and techniques to provide innovative services.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients throughout their appointment.
- Handle client inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels of nail products and supplies.
Skills
- Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Experience or skills in makeup application is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
- Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide tailored services.
- Attention to detail and a passion for beauty and aesthetics are essential for success in this role.
