The Role:

What does work as a Kitchen Assistant look like?
Kitchen Support: You will ensure the kitchen is clean and well-maintained by washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and keeping work areas spotless.
Health & Safety: You will follow food hygiene and safety rules and ensure that the kitchen always meets high cleanliness standards.
Teamwork: You will support the chefs and wider kitchen team by helping with basic prep, waste management, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Organisation: You will keep stock of cleaning supplies, help with deliveries, and make sure everything is where it needs to be for the service to run smoothly.
What We are Looking For:
Team Champion: You will be able to work well within a passionate team, work well under pressure, and have a positive, can-do attitude.
Development: You will desire to be the best you can be as a Kitchen Assistant and will be willing to learn and develop new skills. You may not have kitchen experience, but what matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn.
Organisation and Attention to Detail: You will have strong attention to detail and the ability to be organised.
