We are seeking a Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our front of house staff, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers
Responsibilities
- Welcoming and serving customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Taking food and drink orders accurately
- Delivering orders to promptly
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area
- Assisting with basic food preparation tasks when required
- Pot washing
-End of day cleaning duties
Experience
- Previous experience in catering or hospitality is essential
- Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively
- Basic maths skills for processing orders and handling payments
- Knowledge of kitchen operations
-Barista experience is essential
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Ability to work well in a team environment and support colleagues
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Due to location, driving licence would be desirable
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
Experience:
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
