- Build and maintain relationships with estate agents, mortgage brokers, property managers and other potential referral partners.
- Support the directors with developing new business opportunities and referral relationships.
- Track enquiries, follow-up activity and lead conversions within the CRM.
- Help ensure prospective clients receive timely and consistent follow-up.
- Assist with email campaigns and communications to prospective clients and professional contacts.
Marketing

- Organise property and transactional data clearly for surveyors to review.
- Assist with obtaining supporting property information and documentation from relevant sources.
- Maintain accurate records of comparable evidence and valuation research.
- Help ensure surveyors have the information they need to prepare valuation reports efficiently and accurately.
Administration & Operations
- Handle incoming telephone and email enquiries professionally.
- Prepare and send quotations, terms of engagement and client documentation.
- Coordinate appointments and manage diaries for surveyors and solicitors.
- Maintain accurate client, enquiry and lead records.
- Organise documents and maintain internal files and records.
- Provide general administrative and operational support across the three businesses.
- Assist with improving internal systems and processes as the businesses continue to grow.
- Support the wider team with ad hoc operational tasks where required.
