Your role will involve:
· Providing high-quality, consistent, and nurturing care to children and young people.
· Building trusting, positive relationships and acting as a role model.
· Supporting children with their daily routines, emotional wellbeing, and personal development.
· Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children at all times.
· Implementing care plans and supporting children to achieve their goals.
· Maintaining accurate records and contributing to reports.
· Encouraging participation in education, hobbies, and community activities.
About you:
· You have a genuine passion for working with children and young people.
· You are resilient, adaptable, and can remain calm under pressure.
· You have experience of working with children and young people (formal or informal).
· You possess a good understanding of safeguarding principles.
· You are willing to work towards or already hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
· A full UK driving licence is desirable.
