We're looking for a reporter to join our Ipswich newsroom to cover stories from our community.
You will be covering a 'district' area for the East Anglia Daily Times, while also contributing to our sister titles.
Your reporting will be wide-ranging, including court cases and inquest hearings, to focus on the stories that matter most to readers.

Contribute to the weekly editions of our newspapers covering stories across East Anglia.
- Work alongside an experienced team.
- Receive support to help you qualify as a senior reporter and progress within the company.

Be fast, first and accurate, working alongside like-minded digital reporters.
- Publish stories across social media and digital platforms while working on more in-depth stories in the background.
- Cover a range of topics and optimise content for social and search audiences.
- Work within IPSO regulations, as well as legal and ethical guidelines.
Reporters should hold NCTJ qualifications, with shorthand being preferable, or possess an equivalent qualification.
Please note that a driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential to carry out this role.
