Monday to Friday | Ongoing Day Work | £17.00 per hour (£19.05 rolled-up holiday pay)
We are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 (Category C) Drivers for a new client based in Crick. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing Monday to Friday day work with consistent hours and regular shifts.
The role involves driving palletised curtain-side vehicles, delivering a professional service while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.
Shift Times
Day Shifts
- Monday to Friday
- Start times between 05:00 and 07:00
Pay Rates
Standard Pay
- Monday to Friday (Days): £17.00 per hour
Rolled-Up Holiday Pay
- Monday to Friday (Days): £19.05 per hour
The Role
- Driving Class 2 (Category C) vehicles
- Operating palletised curtain-side vehicles
- Completing 1–6 deliveries per shift safely, efficiently, and on time
- Potential handballing required on weekday deliveries
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks
- Complying with all transport legislation and company procedures
- Providing a professional and reliable service
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year’s HGV Class 2 driving experience
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Valid Driver CPC
- Digital Tachograph Card
- A professional attitude with a strong commitment to safety and customer service
