Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote comfort and independence
- Develop and follow tailored care plans to meet individual needs and preferences
- Support clients with medication management and health monitoring as directed by healthcare professionals
- Maintain clear and compassionate communication with clients, their families, and healthcare teams to ensure consistent care delivery
- Drive clients safely to appointments or outings using company vehicles when required
- Keep accurate records of care provided, incidents, and updates in IT-based documentation systems
- Promote a positive environment by engaging clients in social activities and encouraging their participation in hobbies
Skills
- Strong driving skills with a valid license for safe transportation of clients
- Experience working in care homes or providing home care services
- Ability to understand and implement detailed care plans effectively
- Proficiency in basic IT systems for documentation and communication purposes
- Excellent communication skills in English to interact clearly with clients, families, and team members
- Good organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Compassionate attitude with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients
