Duties
- Safely operate cleaning equipment and tools to clean windows at various heights and locations
- Use appropriate cleaning solutions and techniques to achieve streak-free, spotless results
- Follow safety protocols when working at elevated heights or in challenging conditions
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and expectations
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure all equipment is properly stored after use
- Complete cleaning reports and document completed jobs for quality assurance
- Drive company vehicle between job sites, adhering to traffic laws and safety standards
Skills
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record for safe transportation between sites is preferred
- Fluency in English for clear communication with team members and clients
- Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and build positive relationships
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate tasks efficiently and follow instructions precisely
- Ability to work at heights, with good balance, strength, and safety awareness
- Attention to detail to deliver high-quality cleaning results consistently
- Physical stamina and mobility to perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday is essential
