Responsibilities
- Assist patients and residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility to promote independence and dignity
- Support the implementation of individual care plans tailored to each person's needs and preferences
- Communicate effectively with team members, patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintain accurate records of care provided using IT systems and ensure compliance with privacy standards
- Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns promptly to senior staff or healthcare providers
- Contribute to creating a safe environment by following health and safety protocols at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in a care home setting or home care environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidates
- Valid driving license with the ability to drive safely and confidently
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members
- Basic IT skills for maintaining electronic care records and documentation
- Ability to work flexibly across various shifts including days, evenings, or weekends as needed
- Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support others’ well-being
- Knowledge of care plans and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately

Pay: £25,420.00-£35,732.15 per year
