This is a superb opportunity for a proactive individual to join Seaview Blinds Ltd as an Apprentice Sales Administrator supporting their OEMS, Distributors and Retail customers providing the very best day to day customer service. This full-time position will also include the study for a Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales
- Manage all incoming enquires from your dedicated customers, through email, phone or the website.
- Support the Sales team & Managing Director in responding to customer enquiries.
- Pro-actively support customers to convert existing leads, and to generate new ones.
- Answer calls quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure the customer has a reliable and dependable ally within Seaview to best look after their needs.
- Using the price matrices create and manage quotations.
- Create and provide Order Confirmations.
- Create and check production paperwork.
- Provide the required information to the Finance Manager for the creation of new customer accounts.
- Work with the SEAPLEAT design team to create the required information for custom orders.
- Co-ordinate any product defects / delivery shortage issues raised by customers, investigating, resolving and providing feedback to the customer after communicating with the Seaview team as required.
- Support the Shipping & Warehouse Manager with Commercial Invoices.
Production
- In conjunction with the Production Manager provide dispatch dates for Sales Acknowledgements.
- Work with the Finance team to ensure timely invoicing of customers prior to shipment.
Adhoc tasks as requested from time to time
- Managing Director administrative support.
- Marketing Support as and when necessary.
- Support the Sales team at industry shows.

Working Week: 40 hour week – 8.30am-5.00pm Monday to Thursday, 9.00am-4.30pm Friday including 6 hours study time and occasional attendance at Chichester College.

Future Prospects: Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, it is anticipated that the role will be continued and include further chance of learning and growth.

What you need to know:
- This Level 3 qualification is an 18-month apprenticeship plus a 3-month end point assessment.
- To apply you must have lived in the UK for a minimum of 3 years before the start date of the apprenticeship learning and have authorisation to work in the UK.
- You cannot apply if you already have a qualification equal to or higher than the apprenticeship standard being studied.
- You can apply if you have a higher qualification than the apprenticeship standard in an unrelated subject.
- You will need to have your own transport to reliably get to work as there is no public transport nearby.
- This role is office based 5 days a week and a work-based apprenticeship with learning taking place online with occasional attendance required at Chichester college.
Further Information: Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £8.00 per hour (As of the 1st April 2026). This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16- to 18-year-old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum Wage appropriate to their ages applies.
