Window Cleaner / Exterior Cleaning Technician
Job Summary
We’re looking for a reliable and hard-working person to join our growing exterior cleaning business covering Leeds and surrounding areas.
This is a physically active, outdoor role suited to someone who likes working independently, taking ownership, and being rewarded for strong performance.
This is not a “clock-watchers” job. We run a performance-based structure where efficient workers benefit through higher earnings and earlier finishes once the day’s work is completed.
Full training is provided for the right person.
Duties
- Residential window cleaning using water-fed pole systems
- Working across Leeds and surrounding areas
- Completing daily work to a high standard
- Managing workload efficiently throughout the day
- Communicating professionally with customers when needed
- Maintaining equipment and company vehicles responsibly
- Working safely and reliably in all weather conditions
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Own vehicle to travel to our base each morning
- Must be insurable to drive company vehicles
- Reliable and punctual (non-negotiable)
- Comfortable with outdoor physical work
- Able to work independently and at a good pace
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
Previous window cleaning experience is helpful but not essential — reliability and work ethic matter more.
