Job Overview
We are seeking front of house staff to enhance our team ready for a busy Summer ahead and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and an understanding of food and beverage delivery to guests. This role requires a hands-on approach to maintaining high standards of service, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and being great with guests!
Responsibilities
- Support daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service and customer satisfaction.
- Be a part of a positive team environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring it meets hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a bar role or similar position is essential.
- Experience of working in a busy, food & bar environment is very advantageous
- Proven communication skills with the ability to work in a a diverse team effectively.
- Barista experience is a plus, enhancing our beverage offerings.
