WE’RE HIRING – OUTDOOR ACTIVITY INSTRUCTORS!
As Dorset Adventure Sports continues to expand, we now have vacancies for Outdoor Activity Instructors working across our Wimborne and Dorchester centres.
This exciting role is perfect for confident, enthusiastic people who enjoy working outdoors and interacting with groups.
You’ll be instructing activities, overseeing safety, and making sure our customers have a fun, engaging and memorable experience.
Activities include:
- Axe Throwing
- Archery
- Laser Tag
- Paintball
- Team Building Events
- School Events
Applicants must:
✅ Have their own transport
✅ Be 17 years old or over
✅ Be confident speaking in front of groups
✅ Have great customer interaction skills
✅ Be enthusiastic and hard working
✅ Be available for either mid week and weekend work
✅ Be able to pass an enhanced DBS check
Experience in outdoor pursuits, leisure or instruction is beneficial, but the right attitude is most important.

Most work will be based at our Canford Magna site in Wimborne, with some work also at our Dorchester centre.
Pay: £13.50-£15.00 per hour
