Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of domestic residences and commercial premises, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all assigned areas
- Use domestic cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely
- Follow specific cleaning schedules and client instructions to ensure all areas are serviced appropriately
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and courteously
- Work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable, but not essential
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks involving standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Reliable transportation is preferred for flexibility in covering various job sites
