Salary: £16 - 19 per hour + Holiday Pay
Are you an experienced marketing professional looking for a temporary role where you can make an immediate impact?
This is an exciting opportunity to support a leading organisation within the horticulture sector during a busy period, helping coordinate key events and campaigns with minimal onboarding.
Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis and will require an immediate start, notice periods cannot be accommodated.
Temporary Marketing Account Manager Responsibilities:
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
- Managing multiple marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and outputs are delivered to a high standard
- Planning and delivering materials for high-profile events, including content capture and event support during the conferences and awards
- Liaising with printers and suppliers to produce print materials, ensuring specifications are met and proofreading is accurate
- Supporting social media and content creation during events, including live posting and capturing vox pops
- Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain project momentum
- Assisting with email marketing campaigns and CRM management to support event promotion
- Attending events and visits as required, supporting logistical and operational needs

Temporary Marketing Project Executive/Manager Experience Essentials:
- Proven experience in managing marketing projects, ideally within an agency, events, or marketing operations setting
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent communication and proofreading skills, particularly with print materials
- Experience supporting social media during events and creating engaging content in real time
- Familiarity with email automation and CRM platforms
- Confidence liaising directly with printers and suppliers
- Calm under pressure and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's licence and access to own vehicle, as travel expenses will be reimbursed
Location:
Based in Didcot with regular presence in the office at least three days a week. Transport links are limited, so own transport is essential. There is onsite parking available. Occasional travel to events and sites will be required; all travel costs will be reimbursed.
