What's the work?
Most established companies generate a steady flow of leads, then lose a large share of them:
- New enquiries aren't followed up quickly enough.
- Older contacts sit in a database and are never approached again.
- The revenue is there. It leaks away because there's no system in place to catch it.
You've likely seen this from the inside. It's exactly what we fix, and we're looking for people who already know these businesses to help us reach more of them.
Two ways to work with us
Connector
- You introduce us to warm contacts from your network that have this problem.
- You have one conversation to confirm it's a fit, then hand it over.
- No selling, no closing, no delivery. We handle all of it.
- You earn £1,000 to £2,000 for every introduction that becomes a client, plus recurring monthly commission.
Closer
- You run the full conversation and close the client yourself.
- You're supported throughout, with our tools, scripts, training and hands-on management on every deal.
- You speak your prospects' language, and we handle everything behind the scenes.
- You earn 15% per client, rising to 20 to 25% as you establish yourself. No cap.
A quick sense of the numbers: our clients are typically worth £5,000 to £10,000 a month, and they stay. At 15%, that is £750 to £1,500 a month from a single client, recurring. At 25% it is £1,250 to £2,500. Build a handful and the picture speaks for itself.

Who we help
Established, commercially focused businesses. The kind that:
- invest seriously in marketing and lead generation;
- have several people responsible for following up leads;
- run deal values high enough that a single missed enquiry matters;
- sit on a large database of old leads they never approach again.
This isn't about one industry. It's about businesses that already generate demand and don't fully capture it. That includes estate agencies and property firms, private clinics and cosmetic practices, car dealerships, recruitment and staffing agencies, and home-improvement companies, among others. Businesses like these routinely lose 20 to 40% of their potential revenue to poor follow-up. Once they see it, the conversation is an easy one.

This is for commercial people who back themselves.
The basics
- Self-employed. You invoice us against the commission statements we provide.
- No payroll, no salary, no set hours.
- Remote and flexible, a few hours a week around your existing commitments.
- Earnings are uncapped and fully commission-based.
Selection
We're taking on only two partners this quarter, to keep quality high. We're reviewing applications and holding conversations this week. The strongest applicants who move early get the first conversations.
