Kitchen Assistant – 40 Hours per Week

Springboig Care Centre is a modern, purpose-built care home located in the north of Glasgow, providing high-quality care in a warm and welcoming environment.
We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Assistant to join our team on a full-time, 40-hour-per-week basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and serving of nutritious meals for residents.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Receive and store deliveries safely and accurately.
- Follow all Health & Safety and Food Safety procedures.
- Support a positive dining experience for residents.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, residents, families, and visitors.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or catering environment is essential.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and safe food handling practices.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
- A caring and positive attitude.
