Who are we looking for:
We are looking for an experienced team member who knows what needs to be done to provide an excellent quality home or commercial premises for our prospective tenants;
Our ideal candidate:
· Has at least two years’ experience as a lettings negotiator or property manager
· Has excellent sales and interpersonal skills
· Develops and maintains good communication with our contractors and potential tenants
· Is self-motivated, and also able to motivate
· Is imaginative and creative with a desire for results through social media and portal marketing
. Is IT literate
What you will be doing:
- Chasing up leads and generating new business
- Arranging and conducting viewings in a professional manner, and closing sales
- Working both ‘in the field’ and from an office environment; supporting your team, driving your performance and reducing delays in delivery of void properties
- Checking in-between tenancies to ensure works are prepared to improve properties for re-letting are done to a high standard and in a timely manner
- Processing Tenancy applications and completing referencing
- Marketing void properties via property portals, our company website and social media

A full driving licence with your own car is required for this role. Mileage will be paid.
Working Hours
Monday- Friday 9:00 - 17:30
Alternate Saturdays 9:00 -13:00
Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
