About You
As an onboarding consultant, your contribution ensures we achieve our goals in customer success. You will have an enthusiastic approach and be technically minded with a basic knowledge of systems. As an effective communicator, you will be able to liaise with team members and customers to overcome presenting challenges and configuration of our systems. Operational background would be preferred along with an understanding of workflow management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring timely and accurate integration into our systems.
- Collaborate with customers to gather required documentation and facilitate smooth onboarding experiences.
- Analyse client data to identify potential issues or delays, proactively addressing concerns to maintain high standards of service.
- Provide clear and professional communication with clients, guiding them through onboarding steps and resolving any queries effectively.
- Conduct training sessions or demonstrations on Logit as needed, ensuring clients are well-informed and confident in using our systems.
- Maintain detailed records of onboarding activities, feedback, and improvement suggestions for continuous process enhancement.
Skills
- Proficiency in Logit or similar systems for digitised compliance such as Pronet, Access Maintain, Trail and so on will be beneficial.
- Must be computer literate with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office with the ability and interest in learning new software applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and troubleshoot onboarding issues efficiently.
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude towards process improvement. Experience Required
- Customer-facing or client support experience: 1 year (required)
- Experience working with SaaS solutions: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality or Restuarant: 1 year (preferred)
- System Administration: 1 year (preferred)
Business Hours and Location
This is an office-based role located in South Gyle, Edinburgh, a well-connected business district with excellent transport links.
Working hours are 9:00am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
Please Note
This role focuses on software onboarding and client training, rather than general IT support or customer service.
Pay: Up to £26,500.00 per year
