Who are we?
Field & Flower was founded in 2011 by two friends after meeting at agricultural university, one a farmer and the other a food lover. We are a leading UK food subscription business specialising in grass fed, free-range meat and responsibly caught fish. We also offer a range of artisan cheese, scotch eggs, pies, charcuterie, stocks, salts, and seasonings – supporting livestock, local livelihoods and a living planet with every product we sell.

The successful candidate must be both highly committed and reliable and we are looking for someone with an excellent work ethic who can work well in a team environment.
We are looking for someone on a zero hour basis to cover shifts as and when required. Flexibility with hours is important as we are an order-based business and we therefore cannot always predict the exact staffing levels required. We therefore require casual workers because of the fluctuating demands of the business.
Experience in a similar role is an advantage but full training will be given for the right candidates.
What will you be doing?
As a key member of our operations team, you will be working within a and a cold fridge/warehouse environment undertaking a wide variety of tasks.
The tasks will predominantly be, but not limited to:
- picking and packing our customers’ orders of fresh produce to a high standard
- processing of product
- intake
- stocking shelves
- stock rotation
- booking out
- cleaning

As public transport is very limited to the Operations site, we advise that applicants have reliable transport and live within a reasonable commuting distance from our premises.
Free parking is available on site.
We cannot guarantee hours week by week, but you will be contacted if we require extra staffing to cover busier periods/annual leave/sickness etc.
Holiday pay is accrued at 13.04% of hours worked each month to the equivalent of 30 days paid holiday per annum, including Bank Holidays
