Overview
We are seeking an experienced, professional an experienced FUE Hair Transplant Technician to join our excellent clinical team.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' hands-on experience in both graft extraction and implantation within FUE hair transplantation. The role requires excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, strong patient-care skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a clinical team under appropriate supervision.
This is a patient-facing position, and we are looking for someone who combines strong technical ability with a calm, professional and personable approach.
Responsibilities
- Assist with FUE hair transplant procedures as part of the clinical team and under appropriate supervision.
- Perform FUE graft extraction competently and efficiently within the scope of the role under surgeons supervision.
- Perform graft implantation using the clinic's approved techniques and protocols under surgeons supervision.
- Handle, sort and manage follicular unit grafts carefully to maintain graft quality and integrity.
- Work with precision and consistency throughout procedures, including procedures of extended duration.
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment and instruments in accordance with clinic protocols.
- Follow infection prevention, hygiene, sterilisation and clinical safety procedures.
- Support the medical and clinical team before, during and after hair transplant procedures.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with patients throughout their treatment.
- Help patients feel comfortable, informed and appropriately supported during procedures.
- Maintain patient dignity, privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Complete relevant clinical documentation accurately where required.
- Work collaboratively with surgeons, nurses, technicians and other members of the clinic team.
- Follow instructions and work effectively under clinical supervision and within the defined scope of the technician role.
- Comply with clinic policies, professional standards and applicable UK requirements.
- Flexibility in travelling between our clinics in Essex, Manchester and London areas as required.
Experience
- A minimum of two years' practical experience as an FUE hair transplant technician.
- At least two years' experience in both graft extraction and graft implantation.
- Strong practical knowledge of FUE hair transplantation procedures.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- A high level of precision and attention to detail.
- The ability to handle follicular grafts carefully and consistently.
- Good patient-care and interpersonal skills.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- The ability to understand and follow clinical instructions accurately.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- The ability and willingness to work under appropriate supervision.
- A professional, reliable and accountable approach to work.
- The ability to remain focused during long procedures.
- A strong understanding of hygiene, infection prevention and patient confidentiality.

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
