Summary
We are seeking a Night Care Assistant for to join our team at Bridge House Residential Home. Bridge House is a 16 bed purpose built residential home for the elderly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care including washing, dressing, toileting
- Support residents with meals and hydration
- Promote independence, dignity, and respect
- Accurately record care notes and report concerns
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and professionals

- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential – full training provided

Essential Qualifications and Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK (we do not offer overseas sponsorship)
- Clear enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
Desirable (but not always required):
- Care Certificate – often offered as part of induction for new care workers
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
