Overview
We are looking for a highly organised, reliable and proactive Office & HR Administrator to become an important part of our small team.
This is a varied and responsible role where no two days are the same. You will work closely with the senior management team to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
The Administrative & HR Assistant provides administrative and human resources support to ensure the efficient operation of the office and HR department. This role is responsible for coordinating office administration, maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, assisting with payroll preparation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
· Manage reception duties, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
· Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
· Organize and maintain filing systems (electronic and physical).
· Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents.
· Complete PQQ’s
· Maintain supplier portals
· Organise all fleet requirements
· Order and manage office supplies, uniform and equipment.
· Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics when required.
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
· Support general office operations and administrative projects.
· Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
· Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
· Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation.
· Maintain accurate employee personnel files and HR databases.
· Track employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
· Arrange training for all employees and maintain training matrix
· Assist with payroll preparation by collecting and verifying employee information.
