Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance management.
- Manage sales targets by implementing effective merchandising strategies and promotional activities.
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to enhance the shopping experience.
- Maintain excellent communication with staff and customers, demonstrating strong phone etiquette and organizational skills.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, administrative procedures, and company guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold high levels of satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven management or supervisory experience in retail or a related customer-focused environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued.
- Demonstrated success in sales management, team management, and merchandising strategies.
- Experience with administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and inventory management.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively using time management techniques in a fast-paced setting.
- Previous experience in retail management or supervising teams is preferred; familiarity with phone etiquette and organizational skills is essential.
