Newly Qualified Hair Stylist (Level 3)

We're looking for someone who:
- Has recently achieved a Level 3 Hairdressing qualification (or equivalent)
- Is passionate about cutting, colouring and styling
- Loves learning and wants to continue developing their technical skills
- Enjoys building relationships with clients
- Has excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Takes pride in delivering a high standard of work
- Enjoys working as part of a supportive team
- Is reliable, professional and eager to build a successful career in the industry
You'll work alongside an experienced and supportive team, with ongoing guidance from our Assistant Manager, Rose, and Lisa, who leads the hair teams across both Novum salon locations.
We'll help you develop your confidence, consultation skills, technical ability and client base, giving you the foundations to build a long and successful career.
