Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning duties across multiple commercial locations, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively to ensure optimal results
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, hallways, offices, and common areas according to established protocols
- Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a hygienic environment
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors for quick resolution
- Adapt to different cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks to meet operational needs
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as required to uphold cleanliness standards
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety protocols
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes
- Driving is essential
