Thursday 8-4pm
Friday 8-4pm
Saturday 7:30-3:30pm
Sunday 7:30-3:30pm
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, soft drinks, and specialty drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Assist with food service by setting up tables, delivering dishes promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure all food preparation and handling meet health standards
- Support catering events by setting up stations, serving guests, and managing food presentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods and special events
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
- Experience in catering or food preparation enhances your ability to excel in this role
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with serving techniques and beverage preparation methods
- Hotel or culinary experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
