We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Deputy Manager to join our amazing children's residential home. Working alongside the Registered Manager, you will play a key role in providing outstanding care and support to children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs, ensuring they have every opportunity to achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home.
- Lead, motivate and supervise the staff team, promoting a positive and supportive culture.
- Ensure the home consistently meets and exceeds Ofsted standards and Children's Homes Regulations.
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of all children and young people.
- Assist with staff recruitment, induction, training, supervision and performance management.
- Develop and implement high-quality care plans and risk assessments.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, social workers and external professionals.
- Take responsibility for the home in the Registered Manager's absence.
- Promote a therapeutic, nurturing and child-centred approach to care.
What We're Looking For:
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards if applicable).
- Previous experience working in a children's residential home.
- Experience supervising or leading a team.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation, Ofsted requirements and Children's Homes Regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
