We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales Support Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team in Paignton.

The Role
Working closely with our Sales Team, you will play a key role in supporting existing customer relationships and helping convert new business opportunities as we continue to grow.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administration and customer service within a product-based environment and is looking for a stable position with genuine long-term career development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the sales team with day-to-day sales processes
- Responding to customer enquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Obtaining freight quotations and coordinating deliveries
- Maintaining accurate records using HubSpot CRM and internal systems

About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has at least 2 years' experience in a Sales Support, Customer Service or similar B2B role
- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Is highly organised and self-motivated
- Has experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
