Job Title: Bathroom Sales Designer
Location: Glenfield Bathrooms, 20 Devonshire Road, Leicester, LE4 0BF
Job Type: Full-time, 37.5 hours a week including Saturdays with a day off in the week. No Sundays, evenings or bank holidays.
Salary: Competitive dependant on experience .
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Bathroom Sales Designer to join our growing team within our established family business.
As a Bathroom Sales Designer, you will work closely with a range of trade, retail and installation customers from initial consultation through to final design and delivery creating beautiful, functional bathrooms tailored to their needs and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome & consult with customers in the showroom, on the phone & by email.
- Understand customers' requirements, style preferences, and budgets.
- Recommend products, fixtures, fittings, and accessories to create complete bathroom solutions.
- Design bespoke bathroom layouts using CAD/design software (training provided if required).
- Place and process orders and liaise with customers, suppliers and installers to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Maintain showroom displays to a high standard.
- Proactively develop sale opportunities and special offers.
- General stock control and administration in relation to the role.
- Deliver exceptional after-sales service and build long-term customer relationships.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in bathroom or similar design and sales.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confidence using computers and design software (or willingness to learn).
- The ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.
- A positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude.
Desirable
- Experience using CAD or bathroom planning software.
- Knowledge of bathroom products, plumbing layouts, and current design trends.
