Responsibilities

- Assist with the preparation of food items as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables and service stations.
- Handle cash and card transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in billing.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
- Address guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for complete satisfaction.
- Support bartending staff during peak hours or special events as required.
