Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with any inquiries to ensure a positive first impression
- Support the management team in coordinating daily operations and guest flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floor area to meet health and safety standards
- Provide excellent guest services by answering questions, offering directions, and resolving issues promptly
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and ongoing support during busy periods
- Monitor the environment to ensure safety protocols are followed by staff and guests alike
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service and enhance overall guest experience
Qualifications
- Strong management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
- Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with guests and team members
- Ability to remain energetic, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of guest services principles and a commitment to creating welcoming atmospheres
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift moderate loads for extended periods
- Previous experience in management or supervisory roles is a plus but not mandatory
