- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels
- Help maintain positive public relations by managing online reputation and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns professionally
Experience
- Previous experience or internships in social media management or digital marketing is preferred but not required
- Strong understanding of popular social media platforms and their best practices
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
