1. Job Title: Sales Agent
2. Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production or technology within a cable manufacturing company. OR
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a plastics compound company.
3. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and introduce cable manufacturers or HFFR plastic compound producers in the UK.
- Update us on local market trends and customer information.
- Promote and sell Unience products, and manage client relationships.
4. Work Conditions & Compensation:
- Location: Based in the UK
- Contract Type: Independent sales agent (not an employee of Unience)
- Sales Commission: 4% of the invoice value, paid after the sales proceeds have been collected from the client. (No base salary provided).
5. Sales Process:
Upon agreement, an agent contract will be signed before sales activities begin.
Before recommending a product to a client, the agent must confirm its technical specifications and the appropriate grade with Unience.
(Note: As this is a commission-based structure and not a "Buy & Sell" model, the sales agent must confirm the product grade and pricing with Unience before engaging in any sales activities.)
