Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Strategic Procurement & Supplier Excellence Executive to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the development and execution of strategic sourcing initiatives, optimize supplier relationships, and elevate procurement practices across the organization. Responsibilities
- Lead strategic sourcing activities by identifying opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supplier diversification.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring alignment with quality, delivery, and sustainability standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate procurement strategies with overall business objectives.
- Utilize ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle EBS to analyze procurement data, manage supplier contracts, and streamline purchasing processes.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and service agreements to secure optimal value for the organization.
- Oversee logistics coordination to ensure timely delivery of materials and products across the supply chain network.
- Monitor supplier performance metrics regularly, implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier excellence and compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in strategic procurement, supply chain management, or related roles within a global organization.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle EBS; familiarity with other ERP platforms is a plus.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable terms and fostering long-term supplier partnerships.
- In-depth knowledge of logistics operations and supply chain processes to optimize procurement efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications are advantageous.

Pay: £55,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
