Online Orders / E-Commerce Coordinator – Job DescriptionOverview
We are seeking a proactive, passionate, and skilled Online Orders / E-Commerce Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will manage online sales channels, handle customer queries, create high-quality product listings, and support the overall digital presence of our business. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in e-commerce, product photography, basic web development, digital marketing, and data analysis who are motivated to learn, grow, and contribute to business success.
Working Schedule
- 5 working days per week (Monday to Saturday)
- 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- One day off per week will be agreed and discussed during the trial period
- Saturday is a required working day due to business demand
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all online orders, customer queries, and communications promptly and professionally
- Photograph products and create high-quality listings across e-commerce platforms, including eBay, Etsy, Shopify, TikTok, and Amazon
- Perform basic website updates and development using Shopify, including knowledge of basic HTML coding
- Edit product photographs to ensure visual appeal and consistency across platforms
- Respond to all online reviews and maintain a positive customer experience
- Plan, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and sales
- Analyse website traffic and e-commerce data to plan improvements and enhance online sales performance
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Carry out basic IT support across the shop, troubleshooting minor technical issues
- Assist with general shop operations and serve customers when required
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines and help increase online sales through creative solutions and innovative ideas
- Optional overtime available; mandatory overtime may be required during urgent work periods
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in e-commerce, online sales, digital marketing, or product photography preferred, but willingness to learn is essential
- Ability to photograph products professionally and edit images using tools such as Photopea, Photoshop, or similar software
- Basic understanding of web development and Shopify, including HTML fundamentals
- Knowledge of Google Ads, campaign management, and data analytics
- Ability to interpret website traffic and sales data to make actionable improvements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality listings efficiently
- Ability to communicate clearly with management and team members
- Creative and innovative mindset to improve online presence and sales
- Basic shop knowledge to assist with customer service and shop operations
- Comfortable working independently while reporting to the manager and owner
- Passionate, motivated, and willing to continuously learn new skills
